Delivery Time Frame
We endeavour to get all our orders dispatched within 24 hours of the orders being placed during the week (unless stated otherwise). At a maximum all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Returns Policy?
You may return any standard item for an immediate refund. There are a few conditions: you are responsible for the return cost of special delivery and items must be returned within fourteen days with original packaging. We will refund the cost of the returned items, but the postage charges are non-refundable. However, earrings and custom-made items are not refundable. If we are requested to make changes to our standard designs or design an item specifically for you, then these items are non-refundable. Galway Bead Design's returns policy is offered in addition to your normal statutory rights. |
