How to Order/Pay?
You can place your order either online (by using the shopping cart facility) or by phoning or faxing us on 091 567347 to place your order direct. You can then pay by Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Maestro, Paypal or Postal Order. All our prices are inclusive of VAT. The site is designed for easy access. The menu options take you to the specific sections for necklaces, earrings and bracelets. A summary screen showing the items available in each category appears. When you click on the Name, Image or 'More Information', you will be taken to a screen specific to that item. From there you can select the options relevant to that design: length, finish, etc. The 'Add to Cart' button will send the item to your shopping cart, which will then show you the total. This Cart may be viewed at any time by pressing the 'Shopping Cart' option at the left of your screen. You can then checkout. You will be asked for your name, address and email and then be taken to a secure payment area. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email. You can contact us at any time with your queries.
Packaging?
The items are packaged in gift organza bags or presentation boxes and posted in padded envelopes to ensure safe delivery.
Bespoke/Customise Service?
We provide a free Design Service. All of our items are designed by us. We can adapt designs to suit customer's own individual requirements or produce a new design if needed. If you need a particular colour, you can send us a swatch of material and we can match it to suit. We have been custom designing in our shop since 1992 and we have a wealth of experience. If you prefer, you can visit us in our shop in Galway to have a free consultation.
Skin Allergy?
All our necklaces and bracelets are offered with nickel-free silver or gold plated clasps. If you prefer you can order Sterling Silver or gold filled Sterling Silver clasps at an additional cost. Email for price. Our earrings are all finished with Sterling Silver and gold plated Sterling Silver earhooks.

How to Choose Necklace Length?
This illustration may be useful as a guide in choosing the best necklace length.
If in doubt, please contact us for assistance. Should you order a necklace and then find you need a different length, we can alter it for you free of charge provided you let us know within two weeks of receipt.
Returns Policy?
You may return any standard item for an immediate refund. There are a few conditions: you are responsible for the return cost of special delivery and items must be returned within fourteen days with original packaging. We will refund the cost of the returned items, but the postage charges are non-refundable. However, earrings and custom-made items are not refundable. If we are requested to make changes to our standard designs or design an item specifically for you, then these items are non-refundable. Galway Bead Design's returns policy is offered in addition to your normal statutory rights. |
