Returns

At Galway Bead Design we are confident and take pride in both our products and services. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied we operate under Irish consumer protection regulations and offer a no quibbles returns policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition suitable for resale. On receipt of your goods we will offer a full refund excluding any postage costs incurred to deliver and return the goods.

We advise all returns to be sent by recorded delivery. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Galway Bead Design.

If for any reason you believe your products to be damaged or faulty please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Images and Descriptions

All website images are taken to illustrate the products as accurately as possible. Text descriptions are also provided where possible to give the customer further information. These are just illustrations to assist the customer in understanding the product and are not guarantees of the exact product appearance or function.

Due to the nature of the products we cannot guarantee colour fastness or continuity unless stated otherwise. Products may also differ slightly in form and size. All sizes and measurements are approximations.

All prices on the website are shown in Euro (inclusive of VAT). We reserve the right to make changes to prices at any time without prior notice.

Back Orders

We operate a stringent stock monitoring system. However; if in the unlikely event that an item is no longer in stock, we will contact you with the option to choose an alternative product or cancel the item and receive a refund.
